Returning an item

Marinalari.com is pleased to offer its customers the possibility to return an item that doesn’t meet their expectations. After receiving the order you have 7 days to return it to our boutique, by emailing customercare@marinalari.com with your personal information and the details of the item(s) you would like to return (order number, model, size). Item(s) should be returned within 7 days of informing us of your wish to return.

Online Return Policy

All items that are returned for a refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. If the item has a security tag, this must not be removed. If the security tag has been removed, the item will no longer be considered in compliance with our return policies and therefore it will not be refunded. To ensure items are not damaged during shipping, we recommend returning all items in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping plus the cost of duty in the case of international returns that will be detracted from the reimbursement.

For your convenience, we enclose the DHL return form in the black documents envelope to be glued to the package.

Returns

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Should you require further information please contact customercare@marinalari.com. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the allocated return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
