Returning an item

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and duty which will be deducted from the refund. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. For orders in the rest of the world:

Return
We only accept returns shipped via DHL; any returns sent by other couriers will not be refunded. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund due. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Items purchased in the OUTLET section may be returned, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international orders.
