Returning an item

Marinalari.com is pleased to offer its customers the opportunity to return an item that does not meet their expectations. After receiving the item you have 7 days to return it to our boutique by emailing customerservice@marinalari.com with your personal information and details of the items you wish to return (order number).

Online return policy

All items being returned for a refund must be unworn and must have their original tags and packaging. To ensure items are not damaged in transit, we recommend that you return them in their original packaging.

For orders placed in Italy, follow the instructions below:

Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact only DHL 199 199 345 to book a pickup. Be sure to paste the return form with the barcode on the box or envelope.

For orders in Europe:

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and duties, which will be deducted from the refund. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact DHL exclusively to arrange a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.

For orders in the United States:

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and duties, which will be deducted from the refund. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact DHL exclusively to arrange a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.

For orders in the rest of the world:

The buyer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact DHL exclusively to arrange a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.

Return

We only accept returns shipped via DHL; any returns sent by other couriers will not be refunded. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund due. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Items purchased in the OUTLET section may be returned, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international orders.
