Countries within the European Union: €35.00 – Return costs to be paid by the customer
United States of America and Canada: €45.00 – Returns and duties to be paid by the customer
Rest of the world: EUR €80.00 – Returns and duties to be paid by the customer
Returning an item
Marinalari.com is pleased to offer its customers the opportunity to return an item that does not meet their expectations. After receiving the item you have 7 days to return it to our boutique by sending an email to customerservice@marinalari.com with your personal information and the details of the items you wish to return (order number).
Online return policy
All items being returned for a refund must be unworn and must have their original tags and packaging. To ensure items are not damaged in transit, we recommend that you return them in their original packaging.
For orders placed in Italy follow the instructions below:
Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, please call DHL 199 199 345 to schedule a pickup. Be sure to paste the return form with the barcode on the box or envelope.
For orders in Europe:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any duties that will be deducted from the refund. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact DHL exclusively to arrange a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.
For orders in the United States:
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and duty which will be deducted from the refund. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact exclusively DHL to schedule a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.
For orders in the rest of the world:
The buyer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please email customerservice@marinalari.com to request a return label. Once you receive the label, contact DHL exclusively to arrange a pickup. Be sure to attach the return form with the barcode to the box or envelope.
Return
We only accept returns shipped via DHL; any returns sent by other couriers will not be refunded. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund due. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Items purchased in the OUTLET section may be returned, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international orders.
